Return & Exchange Policy
• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery and must meet our return criteria.
• Non-Refundable Items: Earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
• Ineligible Items: Products that are worn, scratched, damaged through use, or missing their cleaning cloth, packaging pouch, or case will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Faulty Items: If your item arrives faulty, you may return it for a refund within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchanges: Faulty or incorrect items can also be exchanged within 10 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
