Currently, we only offer store credit and no refunds.

Please note: Earrings can unfortunately not be exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

When returning an item to us, please ensure that the item is unworn and in the same condition that you received it in.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure it is in brand new, re-sellable condition. After we will notify you about the status of your return.

Shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable and we do not cover return shipping or delivery cost.

There are no returns or exchanges on discounted and final sale items.

Returns and exchanges on custom jewelry orders are not accepted. We provide you with photos and videos of your custom jewelry and it is approved by you before it is sent out.

Please note that there will be a 15 Cedis charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
